Dodger who appeared as Greyfriars Bobby’s grandad...
Ronnie Corbett plays Captain Tam McLintoch the commanding oficer of the Edinburgh Militia who has orders to arrest the villains. During the filming of the graveyard scene, Ronnie worried about how cold “poor wee little Dodger was” as the temperature measured three degrees. In addition to appearing in television commercials, Dodger has appeared in episodes of “Midsomer Murders”. He also played a street dog in the ‘The Wolfman’ on the big screen. Keep a look out for the terrier in the ‘Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ when the film comes out next month. Dodger will be featured in the next issue of the ‘Greyfriars Bobby’ magazine.
